She has danced herself from Yilan to New York, from stage to screen, conquering large theaters around the world for 30 years.

Her “body” is her best comrade, while her “age” is the target of all questions surrounding her, such as “When will you retire?” “When do you plan to stop dancing?” “Fang-Yi Sheu, you are still dancing?!” Over the past 30 years, what has driven her to never stop improving? What sort of satisfaction and joy did she gain from the journey? Though fulfilling a dream can be a lonely journey, she thinks, “It’s only when I dance that I feel that I’m great.”

Meet Fang-Yi Sheu, 46 years old, still dancing her way up to achieving her dreams.
